Refund policy
RETURNS
You can return your item unused, unwashed and in the same condition that you received it within 15 days of purchase. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we do not offer refunds or exchanges.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7-14 days.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

PREORDER AND SALE ITEMS
Only regular priced and non preorder items may be refunded and exchanged, unfortunately sale items and preorder items will not be refunded or available to exchange.
EXCHANGES
You may exchange items unused, unwashed and in the same condition that you received it in for a different size or color if available. Please email these requests to hello@kaitnco.com.
GIFTS
If an item was gifted to you, please have the gift-giver email hello@kaitnco.com to begin an exchange or refund.
RETURN SHIPPING
To return your product, please email hello@kaitnco.com for instructions.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
